Job summary

EQUILINE PROJECTS PTY LTD in Sydney invites an experienced Painter to join our building restoration team. This full-time role involves painting and maintaining commercial-building surfaces across sites in Sydney, with emphasis on safety and high‑risk work practices.

  • Minimum 2 years of rope-access painting and façade experience.
  • Strong WHS knowledge and high-risk work procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Apply paints and protective coatings with precision.
  • Perform daily equipment checks and WHS compliance.

Job description

EQUILINE PROJECTS PTY LTD is seeking an experienced Painter to join our building restoration team. This is a full‑time position (38 hours per week) working across commercial buildings in Sydney.

About the Role
Key Responsibilities

Painting and maintenance of building surfaces

Carry out surface preparation including washing, scraping, sanding, and priming

Apply various types of paint, coatings, and protective finishes with precision

Daily equipment checks and WHS compliance

Working independently and within a small team

Requirements

IRATA Level 1/2/3 or equivalent

At least 2 years of experience in rope‑access painting and façade works

Strong understanding of WHS and high‑risk work procedures

Ability to work at heights and operate rope‑access equipment

Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions
