Only About Children in Sydney is seeking a Diploma-qualified Room Leader to guide learning, routines and educator support in your room. With at least two years of full-time Early Childhood experience, you will lead a safe, inclusive environment and collaborate with the campus team to inspire curious, confident children.

Responsibilities

• Lead a safe, inclusive and engaging room environment where children are actively supervised and supported.
• Plan and implement child-led, play-based learning experiences using the OAC Grow Curriculum, EYLF and NQF.
• Build meaningful relationships with children and families through warm, respectful communication.
• Guide daily routines, small group experiences, transitions, mealtimes and room responsibilities.
• Document children's learning through OAC Connect and maintain records for development and planning.
• Mentor and support educators in the room through guidance and modeling best practice.
