Job summary

Guardian Childcare & Education Manly is seeking a Room Leader to inspire children in a vibrant, supportive team. You’ll lead educators, deliver Guardian’s learning frameworks, and collaborate with colleagues across the network to ensure high-quality early childhood education.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved), NSW WWCC, and registration, with a passion for guiding young minds and families.

Qualifications

• Completion of the national mandatory Child Protection training via the GECCKO platform.
• Diploma in Early Childhood Education as approved by ACECQA.
• Current Teacher’s Accreditation/ Registration (NSW, SA, VIC & WA).
• Proven knowledge of the National Quality Framework.
• Previous experience in early childhood education (desirable).
• Current Working with Children Check (WWCC for NSW).

Responsibilities

• Inspire children daily in a nurturing room environment.
• Lead and mentor a team of educators to implement learning programs.
• Collaborate with Teachers across the Guardian network to share best practices.
• Contribute to the delivery of Guardian’s learning framework ‘To BE Me’.
