Job summary

Educate Early Learning in Woy Woy, NSW, invites a qualified Room Leader (ECT or Diploma) to lead a 70‑place service and mentor a team of educators. You’ll deliver a play‑based EYLF V2.0 program and drive high‑quality learning in partnership with the Educational Leader.

Ideal candidate holds a Bachelor of Teaching (Birth to five) or ACECQA‑approved Diploma, has NSW Working with Children Check, First Aid/CPR, and a passion for inclusive learning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Teaching (Birth to five years) OR Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA approved).
• Current NSW Working with Children Check.
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications.
• EYLF V2.0, NQF, and NSW Child Safe Standards knowledge.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and support a team of educators to deliver high-quality educational experiences.
• Implement a play-based program aligned with EYLF V2.0.
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
