ANZUK Education is partnering with a leading Early Learning Centre in Australia to recruit a Diploma Room Leader. The role is to lead a well-resourced room, ensuring high-quality care and education for young children.

The position offers flexibility to work 4 or 5 days per week, generous planning time and above-award pay. Applicants should hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and have experience mentoring staff, with strong EYLF and NQS knowledge.

Qualifications

• Diploma qualification in Early Childhood Education
• Experience leading a room or mentoring educators
• Strong knowledge of EYLF and NQS
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development
• Collaborative and positive team player
