Job summary

ANZUK Education is seeking a capable Room Leader for a leading childcare centre in Australia. You will lead the nursery room, delivering a play-based curriculum that sparks curiosity and supports growth, while building strong relationships with families and the community.

You will mentor junior staff, coach colleagues, and ensure compliance with EYLF and NQS standards. A Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education or ACECQA-equivalent is required, along with 2+ years of room leadership

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education or ACECQA-assessed equivalent.
• Proven 2+ years experience in a Room Leader role within an Australian early childhood setting.
• Deep understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
• Fantastic communication and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for early childhood education and a commitment to continuous improvement.
