Job summary

Guardian is seeking a Room Leader to drive high-quality educational practice, lead the team and foster strong relationships with children and families. You will guide educators, shape learning experiences and support Thrive/To BE Me throughout daily routines.

The role requires a Diploma in Early Childhood Education, experience leading a room, and knowledge of the National Quality Framework. WWC check and first aid qualifications (or willingness to obtain) are expected.

Qualifications

• A completed Diploma in Early Childhood Education or approved equivalent.
• Experience leading a room, mentoring educators or supporting team practice.
• Sound knowledge of the National Quality Framework.
• A collaborative, caring and professional approach to leadership.
• A current Working with Children Check, child protection training and relevant first aid qualifications, or willingness to obtain them.
