Job summary

Guardian Childcare & Education Brisbane is seeking a Room Leader to guide high-quality educational practice, lead educators and shape experiences that inspire curiosity in young children. You’ll mentor your team, build trusted relationships with families, ensure safety and compliance, and bring Thrive and To BE Me to life in daily practice.

A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and a collaborative leadership approach are essential, with opportunities for professional development and career

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education or approved equivalent.
• Experience leading a room and mentoring educators.
• Sound knowledge of the National Quality Framework.
• Current Working with Children Check and relevant first aid qualifications, or willingness to obtain them.

About You

You’re a passionate early childhood professional who brings:

• A completed Diploma in Early Childhood Education or approved equivalent
• Experience leading a room, mentoring educators or supporting team practice
• Sound knowledge of the National Quality Framework
• A collaborative, caring and professional approach to leadership
• A current Working with Children Check, child protection training and relevant first aid qualifications, or willingness to obtain them
