Job summary

Guardian Childcare & Education in Brisbane is seeking a Room Leader to guide high-quality educational practice, lead a team of educators and create learning experiences inspired by children’s strengths and interests.

You will collaborate with the Centre Manager and leadership team, uphold the National Quality Framework, and contribute to safety, inclusion and family partnerships while providing a secure, caring environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education or approved equivalent.
• Experience leading a room and mentoring educators.
• Sound knowledge of the National Quality Framework.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-quality educational practice within your room.
• Create engaging learning experiences shaped by children’s strengths, interests and needs.
• Guide, mentor and collaborate with educators.
