Qualifications

• ACECQA-approved Diploma required.
• Working With Children Check required.
• First Aid/CPR/Asthma & Anaphylaxis qualifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Experience in Room Leader or senior educator role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor educators within your room.
• Deliver child-led, play-based learning experiences.
• Support planning, observations, documentation and reflection.
• Build strong partnerships with families and children.
• Maintain safe, compliant learning environments and support rating readiness.
