Job summary

NRMA Group is seeking an Inbound Customer Service Representative to support roadside assistance calls with empathy and accuracy. This full-time, hybrid role offers home-based work with monthly office days at Sydney Olympic Park or Gosford, plus a fixed 3-week roster from 5am to midnight, seven days a week.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer service or contact centre environments is preferred; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound roadside assistance calls calmly, professionally, and accurately.
• Reassure members and provide concise guidance in line with quality standards.
• Maintain accurate records and handle member information confidentially.
• Assess member needs and coordinate the appropriate service efficiently.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver timely outcomes.
• Navigate multiple systems following processes and procedures.
• Deliver solutions with sound judgment under pressure.
