My NRMA is seeking an Inbound Customer Service Representative (Contact Centre) for a Hybrid Full‑Time role. You will be the first point of contact for roadside assistance calls and support members with empathy, clear communication, and accuracy.

You’ll work a 3‑week rotational roster from early mornings to late at night, with training at Sydney Olympic Park. This role offers remote work options with monthly office days and emphasizes customer care and data integrity.

• Proven experience in customer service; training provided for contact centre work.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
• Demonstrates empathy and a member-focused approach to support.
• Willingness to adapt to new systems and processes while maintaining accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound roadside assistance calls calmly and professionally.
• Reassure members and provide concise guidance in line with quality standards.
• Maintain accurate records and handle member information confidentially.
• Assess member needs and coordinate the appropriate service efficiently.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver timely outcomes.
• Navigate multiple systems while following processes and procedures.
• Deliver positive member experiences through sound j udgement under pressure.
