Job summary

NRMA Group is seeking a Portfolio Planning and Delivery Manager to lead the Roadside portfolio of initiatives, ensuring prioritised, coordinated and successful delivery into frontline operations. You will combine people leadership with hands-on program delivery to drive readiness and manage change impacts.

Responsibilities

• Lead Roadside annual planning, turning strategic priorities into an executable roadmap.
• Manage a portfolio of initiatives with prioritisation, sequencing and dependencies.
• Align Operations, Digital, Tech and Finance for investment decisions and delivery outcomes.
• Provide governance through reporting, risk management and executive communications.
• Lead complex initiatives from concept to implementation with practical, customer-focused outcomes.
• Drive readiness activities including testing, process readiness and transition planning.
• Build relationships with cross-functional teams to enable successful change.
• Lead, coach and develop a small team to foster a high-performance culture.
