Job summary

The NRMA is seeking a Process Optimisation Lead to drive end-to-end improvements across Roadside. Based in Sydney with hybrid arrangements (2 days in the Sydney Olympic Park office), you will partner with frontline, operations, digital and enabling teams to solve complex business problems and deliver measurable improvements.

Using Lean Six Sigma, DMAIC and BPMN process mapping, you’ll help improve member experience, frontline effectiveness and operational performance while embedding sustainable

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in process optimisation, continuous improvement, operational excellence or business improvement.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification, with practical experience applying Lean Six Sigma and DMAIC methodologies.
• Strong experience leading improvement initiatives from problem definition through to implementation and benefit realisation.
• Proven capability in BPMN process mapping, process redesign, root cause analysis and data-led problem-solving.
• Experience facilitating workshops and engaging cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to drive outcomes without formal authority.
• Commercial and operational awareness, with the ability to balance member experience, benefits, costs, risks and operational impacts.
• A practical, collaborative and outcomes-focused approach, supported by strong communication, planning and organisational skills.

Responsibilities
