Job summary

NRMA in Sydney is seeking a Senior Strategy Manager on a 12-month parental leave contract to help shape NRMA’s enterprise and portfolio strategies. You will work closely with the Head of Strategy (interim) and the GM Strategy & ESG to deliver high-impact recommendations and drive growth across the Group.

You will lead strategic projects, coordinate with group leaders, and ensure sustainable and social impact in corporate strategy.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years in corporate strategy and/or consulting.
• Experience shaping enterprise and portfolio strategies in complex organisations.
• Proven ability to lead projects, influence stakeholders and deliver recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Support development and refresh NRMA’s enterprise and BU strategies with senior leaders
• Plan and deliver strategy offsites for executive and Board
• Facilitate annual planning and quarterly business reviews with cross-functional teams
• Lead strategic projects from conception to execution across NRMA group
