TOM People is seeking a PMO Lead / Business Manager to drive governance and delivery across a major Risk Transformation program in Australia. You will oversee executive reporting, budgeting, and portfolio oversight while coordinating stakeholders across Risk, Compliance, Business and Technology.

This high-impact role requires strong governance, risk awareness and proven experience delivering large-scale financial services transformations within a regulated environment.

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading PMO or business management for large transformations.
• Proven ability to govern programs, report to executives and manage budgets.
• Strong stakeholder management across Risk, Compliance, Business and Technology.

• Drive PMO governance, reporting and delivery oversight.
• Prepare Exec, Steering Committee and Board reporting.
• Manage program budgets, forecasting and resourcing.
• Track risks, dependencies, milestones and outcomes.

• Establish best-practice PMO processes and controls.
