Job summary

ING Australia is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Chief Risk Office on a permanent full-time basis. You’ll lead regulatory and strategic change across financial risk disciplines, including credit, market, liquidity, capital and model risk, partnering with Risk, Data, Technology and business teams.

Reporting to the Program Manager, you’ll own delivery from planning to business adoption, provide governance and executive reporting, and navigate regulatory requirements with

Qualifications

• Strong experience delivering regulatory change within banking or financial services.
• End-to-end project ownership from mobilisation through implementation.
• Sound commercial, governance, financial and risk-management capability.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders across Risk, Data, Technology and business teams.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills in complex delivery environments.
• Experience leading people and business impacts of change, including stakeholder engagement and adoption.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of Financial Risk initiatives across business, Risk, Data and Technology.
• Establish clear delivery plans, milestones, dependencies and accountabilities.
• Drive governance, financial management, executive reporting and timely decision-making.
• Proactively manage risks, issues, resources, costs, scope and delivery constraints.
• Coordinate regulatory, control and assurance requirements, with clear and traceable evidence.
• Lead business change, stakeholder engagement, implementation readiness, communications, business acceptance and transition to business-as-usual.
