You will define scope, governance, delivery roadmap and a compelling business case, aligning with executive sponsors across business, technology, data, engineering, and infrastructure teams.

You will drive discovery, roadmap development and governance, working in a complex transformation that spans lending, risk and regulatory

Qualifications

8-10 years of project or program management experience.
Proven success delivering complex risk and regulatory programs.
Financial services or banking experience.
Experience establishing new project or program teams.
Strong end-to-end delivery capability across large initiatives.
Experience leading discovery phases, scope definition and business case development.
Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and competing priorities.

Responsibilities

Lead the initial 12-week discovery phase, defining scope, priorities and critical deliverables.
Develop the program roadmap, high-level milestones and business case for approval.
Establish governance, reporting, risk and issue management frameworks.
Manage end-to-end delivery of the project.
Build partnerships with executive sponsors and senior stakeholders.
Coordinate delivery across multiple business and technology teams, managing dependencies, risks and priorities.
Drive program delivery from discovery through implementation as the initiative evolves.
