Bluefin Resources, partnering with a leading Australian organisation, seeks an Associate Director, Risk to drive a major enterprise risk transformation. You will lead delivery of the transformation roadmap, embedding a stronger risk culture and improving governance, reporting and risk ownership across the organisation.

Reporting to the Director of Risk, you will lead a team, collaborate with senior executives, and shape how enterprise risk is managed in a complex environment.

Qualificações

• Extensive enterprise risk management experience within a large, complex organisation.
• Proven experience delivering risk transformation and maturity uplift initiatives.
• Strong technical knowledge of risk frameworks, risk appetite, governance and Board-level reporting.
• Experience implementing or embedding GRC systems.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the confidence to influence and constructively challenge senior leaders.
• Demonstrated people leadership experience and a pragmatic, hands-on approach to delivering change.
