Bolton Clarke Residential Aged Care Opportunities in Brisbane is seeking an experienced enterprise risk and internal audit professional. You will partner with leaders, provide practical advice, and strengthen governance and controls across the organisation.

The role focuses on maintaining the risk framework, supporting audit planning, and reporting, with opportunities for broad influence across functions within a large not-for-profit healthcare group.

Qualifications

• A degree or certification in business, health, governance, risk, internal audit, compliance or related discipline.
• Experience in governance, risk, compliance or internal audit within a complex organisation.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, influencing and communication skills.
• Experience preparing risk or audit reports and tracking actions and recommendations.
• Ability to work across functions and build a positive risk and controls culture.
• Risk management or internal audit qualifications are highly regarded.
• Healthcare, aged care or assurance experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

About the role

Join Bolton Clarke in a broad, high-impact role supporting enterprise risk and internal audit delivery. You will partner with leaders and executives, provide practical advice and reporting, and help strengthen governance, controls and risk capability across the organisation.

Key activities
