Job summary

Bolton Clarke Group in Brisbane invites a practical risk, assurance or internal audit professional to deliver enterprise risk and internal audit services across the organisation, partnering with leaders and executives to strengthen governance, controls and reporting.

You will translate complex requirements into clear advice, engage stakeholders, and track actions and recommendations, helping foster a positive risk culture across functions and teams.

Qualifications

• Degree or certification in business, health, governance, risk, internal audit, compliance or related discipline.
• Experience in governance, risk, compliance or internal audit within a complex organisation.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, influencing and communication skills.
• Experience preparing risk or audit reports and tracking actions and recommendations.
• The ability to work across functions and build a positive risk and controls culture.
• Risk management or internal audit qualifications are highly regarded.
• Healthcare, aged care or assurance experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the enterprise risk management framework and provide practical risk advice, training and reporting.
• Support internal audit planning, delivery, reporting, and recommendation tracking.
• Partner with leaders to strengthen governance, compliance, controls and risk practices.
• Support business continuity, crisis response, insurance and compliance programs as required.
• Prepare committee reporting and monitor audit actions, risks and recommendations.
