Job summary

Bolton Clarke is seeking a Quality and Risk Business Partner to support safe, high‑quality care across residential aged care homes. You will audit, investigate, analyse and report risks, partnering with operational and clinical teams to strengthen compliance with quality systems and ACQSC/NDIS standards.

You will contribute to governance, drive continuous improvement and counsel homes on practical actions. This full-time role spans multiple sites in NSW, aligned with our Be Kind; Listen; Be

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration.
• Experience in clinical governance within aged care or regulated environments.
• Ability to translate insights into practical improvement actions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct internal audits and investigations into incidents, complaints and compliance risks.
• Identify gaps, analyse findings and provide actionable recommendations to improve quality and safety outcomes.
• Partner with operational leaders and home teams to build capability in clinical governance and compliance.
• Support Plans for Continuous Improvement and monitor risk indicators across services.
• Provide support during ACQSC and NDIS audits, on-site or remote as needed.
