Job summary

Worklane GmbH in Sydney is seeking a Revenue Growth Manager to join our commercial leadership team. You will identify opportunities to maximise margins and drive profitability through data-driven insights and cross-functional collaboration.

Reporting to the Finance & IT Director, you will partner with Sales, Supply Chain, Procurement, Operations and R&D to shape pricing strategies, forecasting and performance improvements across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Identify opportunities to maximise margins and improve business performance through data-driven insights, commercial analysis and cross-functional collaboration.
• Provide commercial support across pricing, tenders, forecasting, sales performance and profitability initiatives, while partnering with teams across Sales, Supply Chain, Procurement, Operations and R&D.
• Strong FMCG experience and background in Revenue Management, Commercial Finance or Category Management; able to translate complex data into actionable recommendations.
• Senior individual contributor role with exposure to business leaders and shaping pricing strategies, assessing commercial opportunities and supporting critical business planning processes.
• Proactive and collaborative approach, focusing on delivering insights that drive revenue growth and profitability.
• Open to professionals who enjoy working with data, influencing business decisions and partnering across functions to deliver results.
