Job summary

TeamViewer is seeking a Revenue Operations Intern to join the APAC team in Adelaide. You will work at the intersection of data, process and GTM strategy, gaining hands-on exposure to how a world-class revenue engine operates across a dynamic region.

Fluency in Japanese is mandatory. You are pursuing a degree in Business/Finance/Commerce and have strong Excel skills, with a data-driven mindset ready to collaborate across Sales, Marketing and Customer Success.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Japanese (spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Excel — pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and basic data modelling.
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Organised, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. Bonus: exposure to Salesforce, Gong, or BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Support revenue reporting, pipeline tracking, and CRM data hygiene across APAC (Salesforce).
• Build and maintain dashboards, Excel models, and reporting templates to support GTM decision-making.
• Conduct territory, account, and revenue data analysis to identify trends and surface insights.
• Document, map, and help streamline RevOps processes across Sales, Marketing and CS lifecycle.
• Contribute to ad hoc analysis and projects supporting APAC GTM planning, forecasting, and operational initiatives.
