Job summary

Coles Group in Melbourne is seeking a Revenue Analytics Manager to shape data-driven pricing and revenue strategies for Coles 360. This hands-on role focuses on building models and AI-enabled solutions to unlock growth and improve commercial outcomes.

You will work with Sales and commercial teams to translate analysis into tangible actions, leveraging SQL and BI tools, and you’ll help establish new analytics capabilities across pricing and demand optimization.

Qualifications

Strong revenue, pricing or commercial analytics experience.
Commercially curious, technically hands-on and able to explain complex ideas simply.
Ability to turn analysis into clear recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.
Experience with forecasting, modelling or optimisation techniques.

Responsibilities

Identify revenue opportunities across pricing, demand, inventory and performance.
Build forecasting, scenario and optimisation models.
Turn data into actionable insights using SQL and BI tools.
Create data products and AI-enabled solutions.
Partner with Sales and commercial teams to drive measurable outcomes.
