Job summary

Keyton is seeking a Village Coordinator for Windsor Park to be a familiar, trusted face within a vibrant retirement living community. You’ll help residents feel connected while supporting day-to-day village operations and delivering exceptional service.

You’ll build relationships, coordinate communications and engagement, and support settlement and ongoing resident experiences in a role where people matter daily.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to residents, families and visitors.
• Welcome new residents and support settlement processes from commencement through to move-in.
• Build strong relationships and foster a sense of community throughout the village.
• Coordinate resident communications, activities and engagement initiatives.
• Support administration and compliance requirements in line with village procedures and retirement living legislation.
• Work with the Village Administrator, Maintenance Officer and village team to ensure smooth operations.
• Identify opportunities to enhance resident experiences and strengthen community connection.
