Job summary

Keyton, a leading retirement living operator in Australia, seeks a Regional Coordinator to support NSW/ACT villages. You will provide administrative, operational and project support to the Regional Operations team, coordinating multiple priorities and travel to ensure villages deliver exceptional experiences for residents.

This role offers diverse exposure across a portfolio of retirement communities, collaboration with village and support office teams, and the chance to leverage AI and emerging

Qualifications

• Experience in administration, coordination, operations support or a similar role.
• Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prepare reports, presentations and business communications.
• Proficiency with business systems like D365, Salesforce or Power BI is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel across NSW/ACT.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support to the Regional Operations Manager/s.
• Coordinate regional projects and initiatives within agreed timeframes.
• Assist with reporting, presentations and business updates.
• Support regional planning, tracking actions and priorities.
• Coordinate meetings, training sessions and travel arrangements.
• Manage regional correspondence and inquiries from village teams.
• Support employee engagement, village events and community activities.
• Assist with budget tracking and administrative processes.
• Build relationships with resort and village teams and stakeholders.
• Support governance and operational reporting requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency.
• Provide general support across NSW/ACT as required.
