Keyton is seeking a passionate Sales Manager for Sunrise Beach Village on-site, to lead sales activity, guide prospective residents through the journey from enquiry to settlement, and drive reservations, occupancy and growth.

You will manage the Sales Associate, nurture enquiries, conduct village tours, build local partnerships, and coordinate marketing, CRM records and settlements to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Qualifikationen

• Demonstrated success in sales, business development or customer relationship management.
• Consultative sales approach with strong communication and influencing skills.
• Ability to build trust and rapport with a broad range of customers and stakeholders.
• Strong organisational skills with experience managing a sales pipeline and CRM.

Aufgaben

• Lead the day-to-day activities of the Sales Associate and set clear priorities across sales support, reservations and settlements.
• Manage enquiries through the sales pipeline and conduct village tours and personalised consultations.
• Build partnerships with local referral partners and community groups to generate new business opportunities.
• Develop and execute local marketing and community engagement initiatives; maintain CRM and sales reporting.
• Coordinate sales administration and settlement activities and represent Keyton at local events.
