Keyton in Sydney's Elizabeth Bay area is seeking a casual Village Support Officer to join our retirement living team. You will deliver friendly customer service, assist with admin tasks, and help maintain a safe, welcoming community space for residents.

Responsibilities include responding to emergency calls, providing first aid, coordinating with emergency services when required, and supporting wellbeing programs and village events.

Qualifications

• Current First Aid & CPR Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
• Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (or willingness to obtain).
• Calm and professional in emergency situations.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and use initiative.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.
• Genuine passion for supporting older Australians.

Responsabilités

• Deliver outstanding customer service in every interaction.
• Assist with general administration and operational tasks.
• Help maintain safe, clean, and welcoming community spaces.
• Contribute to a positive and engaging resident experience.
• Respond to resident emergency calls and incidents.
• Provide first aid support and coordinate emergency services when required.
• Support resident wellbeing and village events.
• Work independently and confidently, including after-hours shifts.
