Reece Group in Villawood is expanding its Trade Counter team and seeks a customer-focused individual to help customers with product information, quotes, and stock queries. You will also fulfil pick, pack and stock control duties, and make local deliveries using a company vehicle.

This full-time role offers on-site work, paid training, ongoing development, and promotional opportunities across our network. A Forklift license is ideal but not essential, and a growth mindset is valued.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service is desirable.
• Ability to accurately pick orders and maintain displays.
• Tech-savvy and able to learn new systems quickly.

As part of the Trade Counter team in Villawood, you’ll divide your time between delivering products, providing customer service to plumbers and other tradespeople as well as undertaking other tasks that keep the warehouse and trade counter running smoothly.

A typical day involves:

Providing customer service and information about products.

Continue upskilling with tailored on-the-job training initiatives.

We’d love to hear from you:

We're looking for people with career potential and a growth mindset.

Previous experience in customer service and enjoys helping people both in person and over the phone.

Accurately pick orders, maintain shop floor displays and ensure information provided is accurate.

Tech-savvy and adaptable to learn new systems.

Holds a clean, valid driver’s licence. Valid Forklift licence is ideal but not essential.

Wants to develop their career - either locally, within our broader network or head office!
