Reece Group in Waterloo, NSW is seeking a customer-focused team member to support plumbers and tradespeople. You’ll handle product information, quotes, stock control, and local deliveries, while maintaining a safe and welcoming branch.

No prior plumbing experience is required; we provide comprehensive on-the-job training and ongoing development. Ideally you hold a valid driver’s licence; forklift licence is a bonus.

• Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
• Able to learn new systems and processes.

As part of the Trade Counter team in Waterloo, you’ll help plumbers and other tradespeople access the products they need for building and renovation projects and undertake other tasks that keep the branch running smoothly.

A typical day involves:

Providing customer service and information about products.

Continue upskilling with tailored on-the-job training initiatives.

We're looking for people with career potential and a growth mindset.

Previous experience in customer service and enjoys helping people both in person and over the phone.

Accurately pick orders, maintain shop floor displays and ensure information provided is accurate.

Tech-savvy and adaptable to learn new systems.

Holds a clean, valid driver’s licence. Valid Forklift licence is ideal but not essential.

Wants to develop their career - either locally, within our broader network or head office!
