Reece Group Windsor is seeking a Trade Counter Assistant to help plumbers and tradespeople access products for building and renovation. You’ll provide product information, quotes, and service at the Windsor branch, with on-the-job training and opportunities to grow within the network.

The role emphasizes customer service, order accuracy, stock control, and occasional deliveries, supported by ongoing training and career development.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or retail is beneficial.
• Ability to accurately pick orders and maintain displays.
• Tech-savvy and able to learn new systems quickly.
• Must hold a clean, valid driver’s license; forklift licence ideal but not required.

Responsibilities

Trade Counter Assistant - Windsor

As part of the Trade Counter team in Windsor, you’ll help plumbers and other tradespeople access the products they need for building and renovation projects and undertake other tasks that keep the branch running smoothly. No plumbing experience? No Problem. We believe skills can be taught. Whether you're new to the industry or looking for your next career opportunity, we’ll set you up for success with:

Your day-to-day

• Providing customer service and information about products.


• Providing quotes both in-person and over the phone.


• Undertaking pick packing and stock control activities.


• Make deliveries to customers using a company vehicle.


• Maintaining a safe, organised, and welcoming branch environment.


• Continue upskilling with tailored on-the-job training initiatives.

We’d love to hear from you

• Previous experience in customer service and enjoys helping people both in person and over the phone.


• Accurately pick orders, maintain shop floor displays and ensure information provided is accurate.


• Tech-savvy and adaptable to learn new systems.


• Holds a clean, valid driver’s licence.


• Valid Forklift licence is ideal but not essential.


• Wants to develop their career – either locally, within our broader network or head office!
