The role requires supervising a store team, supporting merchandise standards, and maintaining safety. Ideally brings automotive parts knowledge and flexibility, with a valid driver’s licence and willingness to lift heavy items. Open to applicants without industry experience.

Qualifications

• Requires supervising a store team and driving operational success.
• Experience in sales, wholesale, or workshop operations is preferred.
• Mechanical or automotive parts knowledge is advantageous.
• Requires flexible availability and a valid driver’s licence.
• Must be physically capable of lifting heavy items and maintaining safety.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach store team members; work with Store Managers to drive operations.
• Model outstanding customer service and create moments that matter for customers.
• Ensure safety best practices and a safe working environment for team and customers.
• Handle opening and closing duties as required.
• Support merchandise planning, planograms and store standards.
