Job summary

GPC Asia Pacific is seeking a capable supervisor to lead store teams and drive operational success in retail settings. You will coach staff, escalate issues, and maintain focus on delivering exceptional customer service while upholding safety standards across the floor and stock areas.

The role may involve opening or closing duties, with emphasis on hands-on leadership, training, and supporting store managers to meet performance targets.

Qualifications

• Supervisory or team-lead experience in retail
• Experience in sales, wholesale, and/or workshop operations
• Knowledge of mechanical/automotive parts is a plus
