Job summary

Lindt & Sprungli is seeking a Retail Store Team Member for our Canberra Lindt Chocolate Shops. You will help delight customers, craft and serve beverages at the chocolate bar, and share in-depth knowledge about Lindt products with passion in a busy retail setting.

You will act as a Lindt ambassador, delivering exceptional service, building meaningful customer relationships, and contributing to a vibrant, diverse workplace that values individuality and creativity.

As a Retail Store Team Member at our Canberra store, you will support our Lindt Chocolate Shops by spreading the word about the wonders of Lindt by:

• Preparing customer beverage orders at the chocolate bar
• Educating and informing customers on Lindt Chocolate products with passion and in-depth knowledge
• Being our Lindt ambassadors and delivering exceptional customer service to all
