Job summary

Lindt Adelaide Airport is seeking a Retail Store Team Supervisor to deliver a distinctive Lindt experience at our Adelaide store, including greeting customers, guiding chocolate selections, and managing the chocolate bar beverages.

You will act as a Lindt ambassador, delivering passionate service in a cafe/retail setting. Availability for Thursday nights and Fridays (10–15 hours weekly) with potential for more near Christmas is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced cafe or retail setting.
• Strong knowledge of Lindt products and ability to educate customers.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with inquiries and provide a Lindt experience.
• Prepare beverage orders at the chocolate bar.
• Educate customers on Lindt chocolates with passion and depth of knowledge.
• Deliver exceptional customer service as a Lindt ambassador.
