PTC Phone Tech & Comm is seeking a Retail Store Team Leader for our Stockland Cairns store. You will lead a high‑performing team, drive sales targets, and deliver exceptional customer experiences in a fast‑paced tech retail environment.

You’ll combine leadership, sales and hands‑on problem‑solving, with on‑the‑job training in device repairs. Training and support are provided to help you grow your technical skills and advance your retail leadership career.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a retail or customer‑facing team.
• Device repairs experience is highly regarded but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of the Stockland Cairns store and drive sales KPIs.
• Lead by example, support customers and deliver an exceptional in‑store experience.
• Train, mentor and motivate the team to achieve store goals.
• Collaborate with Area Manager to implement sales and operational strategies.
• Monitor performance and identify growth opportunities to maximise results.
• Develop hands‑on technical and device repair skills; training provided.
