Ghanda Clothing in Mackay, QLD is seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead the GhandaGang on the shop floor and drive store performance. You will coach a team of up to 10, uphold Ghanda's visual standards, and manage stock levels while delivering great customer experiences.

A day in the life

As a RETAIL STORE MANAGER, you will have direct responsibility for:

• Leading, coaching & training a team of up to 10 team members
• Driving the Ghanda values with your store team
• Maintaining a high standard of store presentation in line with our visual merchandising guidelines and brand direction
• Liaising with your Stock Allocator, as well as working independently, to maintain appropriate stock levels throughout the store to maximise return on floor space
• Preparing and monitoring: store rosters, sales reports & store/team compliance
