Job summary

Ghanda is seeking a Retail Store Manager for our Barwon Terrace, VIC store. You will lead a team of up to 15, drive Ghanda values, and ensure store presentation aligns with our brand.

You’ll also manage stock with the allocator and monitor rosters and sales reports to maximise floor returns. The role offers a 38-hour work week, overtime penalties only if required, and a generous remuneration package including clothing allowances and a monthly bonus scheme, plus an unlimited clothing discount for

A day in the life

As a RETAIL STORE MANAGER, you will have direct responsibility for:

• Leading, coaching & training a team of up to 15 team members
• Driving the Ghanda values with your store team
• Maintaining a high standard of store presentation in line with our visual merchandising guidelines and brand direction
• Liaising with your Stock Allocator, as well as working independently, to maintain appropriate stock levels throughout the store to maximise return on floor space
• Preparing and monitoring: store rosters, sales reports & store/team compliance
