Ghanda Clothing is seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead the GhandaGang in Cockburn (Success), WA. You will drive store performance, coach a team of up to 20, and ensure a high standard of presentation and customer service in line with Ghanda values.

The role offers a 38-hour week with overtime penalties for over-hours, clothing and phone allowances, plus a monthly bonus scheme and unlimited clothing discounts for you and your immediate family.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership: commands, trains and coaches teams.
• Customer-first mindset with retail seriousness.
• Experience in retail/hospitality valued but attitude matters most.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach & train a team of up to 20 staff.
• Uphold Ghanda values and store standards.
• Maintain store presentation per visual guidelines.
• Coordinate with Stock Allocator to manage stock levels.
• Prepare and monitor rosters, sales reports and compliance.
