Ghanda Clothing in Mackay, QLD is seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead the GhandaGang and drive store performance. You will coach up to 10 team members, uphold Ghanda values, and ensure premier store presentation aligned with brand direction.

You will liaise with stock and operations to maintain stock levels and maximize floor space, while managing rosters and sales reporting to support growth and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience driving a small team.
• Customer-first mindset with retail focus.
• Experience in retail/hospitality welcomed but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of up to 10 staff.
• Model Ghanda values and maintain brand standards.
• Ensure store presentation aligns with visual guidelines and brand direction.
• Collaborate with Stock Allocator to maintain stock levels and maximize floor space ROI.
• Prepare and monitor store rosters and sales reports.
