Lorna Jane in Sydney’s Chatswood store is seeking a passionate Store Manager who will lead the team, drive exceptional customer experiences and deliver strong sales. You’ll oversee daily operations, roster smartly, and champion our Active Living philosophy.

You will inspire staff, manage stock and visuals, and ensure KPI attainment while maintaining brand standards and a positive store culture. Weekend flexibility is required.

As a Retail Store Manager in Sydney, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing daily operations, driving sales, and ensuring exceptional customer service within our retail environment. This position is essential for maintaining the store’s standards and achieving business objectives, while fostering a positive team culture and enhancing the shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily store operations, including staff supervision and inventory management.
• Drive sales performance by implementing effective merchandising strategies and promotional activities.
• Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained at all times.

• Maintain store presentation and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in retail management or business is an advantage.
• Previous experience in a retail environment is preferred, but entry-level candidates are welcome.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
