Job summary

Lorna Jane, Chatswood store, is seeking a passionate, customer-obsessed Store Manager to lead and energise our team. You will inspire your team, deliver exceptional experiences, and bring the Lorna Jane mission to life every day.

In this fast-paced, high-volume retail environment, you will coach staff, drive sales targets and KPIs, manage stock and visual merchandising, and create smart rosters aligned to trade and wage targets, while championing the brand and Active Living philosophy.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead a retail team to meet sales targets and KPIs.
• Demonstrated coaching and staff development skills.
• Experience managing stock, merchandising, and store operations.
