Ghanda Clothing is seeking a Retail Store Manager for Coomera, QLD to lead the GhandaGang on the shop floor. You will coach up to 20 team members, drive Ghanda values, maintain store presentation, and collaborate with the stock allocator to optimise stock levels and floor space.

We value leadership, a strong customer focus, and a hands-on approach. Previous retail or hospitality experience is welcomed, with internal progression opportunities across roles and clusters.

• Prepare and monitor rosters and sales reports, ensuring compliance.

A day in the life

As a RETAIL STORE MANAGER, you will have direct responsibility for:

• Leading, coaching & training a team of up to 20 team members
• Driving the Ghanda values with your store team
• Maintaining a high standard of store presentation in line with our visual merchandising guidelines and brand direction
• Liaising with your Stock Allocator, as well as working independently, to maintain appropriate stock levels throughout the store to maximise return on floor space
• Preparing and monitoring: store rosters, sales reports & store/team compliance

About You

• With demonstrated leadership experience - who leads from the front, empowers their team, and embodies a leadership style in line with our organisational values
• Who thinks customer first, nails the fundamentals and takes retail seriously
• With similar experience in a retail/hospitality role, though this is not a deal-breaker - At Ghanda we value the right attitude over experience
