Job summary

Lorna Jane Byron Bay is seeking a confident Retail Store Manager to lead a high‑performing team and deliver outstanding customer experiences. You’ll own store performance, drive sales, coach staff, and manage stock, visuals and rosters to maximise commercial results.

You'll champion the LJ Active Living philosophy, build a positive team culture, and progress your leadership career with ongoing training, incentives, and exclusive staff discounts.
