Job summary

Lorna Jane Mackay is seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead the store team and drive exceptional customer experiences. You will own store performance, coach staff, and manage stock, merchandising and rosters to meet targets.

You’ll work in a fast-paced, high-volume setting, applying brand standards with a focus on commercial results, team development, and a healthy work-life balance through supportive rostering and incentives.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a retail team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Proven ability to coach and develop staff.
• Strong roster planning and wage control experience.
• Knowledge of stock management and visual merchandising principles.
• Ability to translate brand standards into in-store execution.
