Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach & train a team of up to 15 team members.
• Drive Ghanda values with your store team.
• Maintain high store presentation in line with visual merchandising guidelines.
• Collaborate with Stock Allocator and manage stock levels to maximise floor space ROI.
• Prepare and monitor rosters, sales reports and store compliance.
