Job summary

Ghanda Clothing is seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead the #GhandaGang in Glenelg, SA. You will manage daily operations, coach a team of up to 15, and drive our values on the shop floor.

This role emphasizes store presentation, stock control with the Stock Allocator, rostering, and reporting. The ideal candidate leads from the front, puts customers first, and embraces Ghanda’s fun, fast-paced retail culture.

• Customer-first mindset and retail professionalism.
• Experience in retail/hospitality is valued though not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach & train a team of up to 15 team members.
• Drive Ghanda values with the store team.
• Maintain a high standard of store presentation per guidelines.
• Liaise with Stock Allocator and manage stock levels to maximise space.
• Prepare and monitor store rosters, sales reports and team compliance.

A day in the life

• Leading, coaching & training a team of up to 15 team members
• Driving the Ghanda values with your store team
• Maintaining a high standard of store presentation in line with our visual merchandising guidelines and brand direction
• Liaising with your Stock Allocator, as well as working independently, to maintain appropriate stock levels throughout the store to maximise return on floor space
• Preparing and monitoring: store rosters, sales reports & store/team compliance

About You

• With demonstrated leadership experience - who leads from the front, empowers their team, and embodies a leadership style in line with our organisational values
• Who thinks customer first, nails the fundamentals and takes retail seriously
• With similar experience in a retail/hospitality role, though this is not a deal-breaker - At Ghanda we value the right attitude over experience
