Job summary

KOOKAI is seeking a Store Manager in Western Australia to lead a team, deliver exceptional customer service, drive KPI performance and manage store operations. You will foster a positive, collaborative environment while guiding staff through development and succession planning.

You’ll champion styling, customer care and performance, with a focus on continuous improvement, training, and merchandising standards to grow our brand in-store.
