Job summary

Barrenjoey Timber in Mona Vale, NSW, seeks an experienced Retail Store Manager to run daily store operations, lead staff, manage inventory and customer service, and drive sales growth.

You will recruit and train team members, implement procedures, monitor budgets, ensure safety, and maintain high standards of presentation and service for builders, trades, and retail customers on Sydney's Northern Beaches.

Qualifications

• Qualification in Retail Management, Business Management, Sales, or related field.

Job Description

Full-Time Retail Store Manager – Barrenjoey Timber, Mona Vale NSW 2103 Barrenjoey Timber is a well-established timber and building supplies business located in Mona Vale, NSW. Serving builders, tradespeople, landscapers, and residential customers across Sydney’s Northern Beaches and surrounding areas, the company is known for providing quality timber products, reliable service, and expert industry knowledge. We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Retail Store Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the retail store.

This position is responsible for managing staff, maintaining excellent customer service standards, overseeing inventory and sales operations, and supporting the continued growth and success of the business. Salary: $75,000 – $85,000 per annum plus superannuation (depending on experience) Location: Mona Vale, NSW 2103
